With professional experience of more than 26 years, Pastry Chef Amadou Kane started his pastry career working for The Bread Oven, in Washington D.C. in 1981. In 1985, Chef Kane joined Henry Dinardo as a baker at the Windows Restaurant. He has been with the company ever since. Among his favorite things to create is our new Flourless Chocolate Cake with Peanut Crunch.
